The Carers Association gratefully acknowledges a contribution of €1,000 from Dubco Credit Union

Following suggestions from staff, volunteers and members of the Credit Union, The Carers Association was selected as a chosen charity with this kind donation being made in support of our work.

 

Christmas Jumper Day raises funds for Carers

The Carers Association would like to thank Independent Trustee Company, Astons and its staff  who recently wore their favourite Christmas jumpers into the office in exchange for a few euros being donated to their chosen charities; CRY, AWARE, The Carers Association. Over €1500 was raised in total. See photos here

 

Dungarvan, Clonmel and Tralee Mini Marathons

The Carers Association are holding Mini Marathons in Dungarvan, Clonmel and Tralee in September and October. These 10km routes are a fun day out and we encourage everyone to register today!

Kilkenny, Roscommon and Sligo Mini Marathons - May Bank Holiday Monday 3rd May

Our May Bank Holiday Monday Mini Marathons took place in Kilkenny, Roscommon and Sligo and were all a great day out for runners, joggers and walkers!! Race Times and Photos will be up shortly and become a friend of The Carers Association on Facebook where we will have photos up from the day.

Thank you to everyone who participated or gave their time as a volunteer to ensure the day was a success in all three locations.

National Dog Walk 2010

Thank you to everyone who supported The Carers Association on the recent Dog Walks that took place at 11 locations nationwide. It was a great day out and enjoyed by both owners and their four legged friends!!
