Good-Company Giving
Each year The Carers Association reaches a fraction of the people who need our help. The support of Good Companies gives us the momentum to address the real, documented demand for our services by family Carers all around Ireland.
We’re in Good-Company
We’d like to say thank you to these Good Companies and philanthropic organizations who have supported us...
We’re Unicarepharmacy and DocMorris’ Charity of the Year 2011!
The Carers Association is delighted to have been voted Charity of the Year 2011 by the staff ofUnicarepharmacy and DocMorris Pharmacy.
This special partnership will help us to outreach to many more family Carers,
making sure they’re aware of the supports available. Pharmacy staff are already adding wonderful extras to our support group meetings by providing health checks, expert advice in medicines management and even pampering family Carers with beauty treatments and makeovers. Supporting our fundraising through counter boxes and events is also a huge boost to The Carers Association’s work. Unicarepharmacy has kindly printed our Carers’ Handbook and Medicines Safety Handbook featuring the MyMed weekly dosage system which is free from Unicarepharmacy. Please ask for a copy at your local Carers Resource Centre, Unicarepharmacy or call the National Care Line to request one.
A big “Thank You” to all the staff of Unicarepharmacy and DocMorris
Pharmacy and we’re delighted to be your chosen Charity for 2011.
